Yo, I’m 16 and just started road biking a month ago. I can handle 95 km rides at 22 km/h so far.
Yesterday, I rode 75 km in terrible weather and strong winds, keeping 22 km/h. Then today, I did another 75 km back home and got wrecked. Every hill felt brutal, and my speed dropped to 17 km/h. By the end, my legs were burning and I almost cramped up.
How do you guys manage back-to-back long rides like that? I wanna build more endurance without burning out. Any tips for training or recovery? Appreciate it!
